teams through a merger between a mobile and a cable operator. Driving
innovation and change in technology and in organizations. Broad experience in
setting up high performance teams and fostering employee engagement and
motivation. Steering
organizations through
cost cutting and restructuring periods, introducing service culture,
customer focus
and agile
working styles. Managing of vendors, third parties, network sharing deals,
out-and insourcing activities and negotiating many major contracts
on operator and supplier side. In charge of several
complex single-
and multiband
spectrum auctions.
Since 2019 self-employed. Founder and Managing Director of SeTeCo GmbH and since 1st of January 2021 additionally Owner and Managing Director of Hillebrand-CE GmbH, who supports clients in patent litigations/arbitrations, patent licence negotiations or patent acquisitions by technical analysis of patents and the application of the ETSI IPR Policy.
